Pure Meditation Evenings

​We meditate every morning at 6am and every evening from 8pm, Monday - Saturday with chanting on Wednesday.  'Winged Prayer' is sent every evening at 9pm.  Open meditation evenings are held every Sunday at 7pm beginning with listening to an inspiring spiritual talk by Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma.  We invite you to come and join with us.  Our meditation room is open to all.  It is helpful if you could contact us if you would like to attend or visit.  Everyone is welcome.

About Us

The Self Realization Sevalight Centre for Pure Meditation, Healing & Counselling is open to all.  A place for all to enjoy, imbibe in the peace and to help all who are in need.  We live and work together as spiritual family and aim to be of Unconditional Love and Truth, with respect for all of life.  We offer meditation courses, yoga classes, healing therapies and retreats.  Please contact us if you would like to visit the Centre or if we can be of service in any way.
