Pure Meditative Peace
Pure Meditative Peace is a wonderful first step towards learning in-depth Pure Meditation. It can be taught individually by appointment at any time, or in small groups upon request. Of value in all walks of life, Pure Meditative Peace helps you to practice mindfulness and to be in charge of how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. It aids in conquering stress, improving concentration and enhancing our wellbeing. It takes only a few hours to learn and a few minutes to practice each day. Pure Meditative Peace can be practiced anywhere – at your desk, before interviews, meetings or performances, when studying or taking exams, after a hectic day, before and after picking the children up from school, for relaxation and before sleep.
