Hatha Yoga
A gentle form of exercise for a healthy body and peaceful mind which combines traditional asanas / postures and stretches together with breathing and relaxation techniques, allowing us to practice at our own level and pace. It is beneficial for all. Perfect for beginners and for the more experienced. A true holistic Yoga harmonising and balancing the whole being ~ mind, body and spirit. It can help to improve posture, flexibility, tone and fitness, manage and relieve stress and tension, create more peace and wellbeing in our life and help us to connect with our inner self and our body's needs. Yoga Classes

Each class begins and finishes with a relaxation. Either listening to gentle soothing music, a guided visualisation or breathing exercises designed to relax the mind and body.
- The class also begins with gentle 'warm up' exercises to help release tension, stretch and prepare.
- Then yoga asanas / postures. Taught with care and awareness of your individual needs. Doing only that which feels right.
- Wear loose comfortable layered clothing.
- Bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion.
- You are welcome to take notes of any exercises you would like to remember. This can be helpful to encourage home practice.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga can benefit everyone. Practiced correctly, Hatha Yoga can help stimulate a healing process within the body and mind. Taught individually or in small groups, Yoga Therapy can bring a sense of wellbeing and upliftment, providing you with exercises tailored to your own individual needs. It can be taught to those who have difficulty standing or moving and will help increase mobility and flexibility. Yoga Therapy is ideal for those recovering from injury. Class style and length vary according to the individual, providing you with a programme that enables you to make use of what you learn in daily life.
One to One Personal Training
This can be highly beneficial if you have a particular area of your own personal practice that you wish to develop, want to improve your own posture and alignment, care for a specific ailment or find a programme suited to your own individual needs and time schedule. Class length and style is suited to your individual needs and what you hope to achieve. One to one teaching can be used separately or to enhance your experience of a general class.
